Your responsibilities
In this role, you will work both with your own responsibilities as well as with managing several PLM projects. You will work independently with your projects and collaborating cross-functionally with external partners, teammates and other stakeholders. You will apply your “excellence” mindset to all projects. Furthermore, you will:
Be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing and evaluating PLM excellence processes
Utilize performance management and analysis platforms (e.g. Power BI) to test and recommend improvements to internally and externally focused processes
Analyze insights from our PLM processes to understand customer behavior
Help to design and improve the entire digital customer experience
Stay updated on recent trends and opportunities of excellence improvements making a difference for our customers
Be the core Cooling person securing to drive cross-functional knowledge and project(s) of different PLM tools incl. PIM platform (MDM replacement) with a customer focused mindset
Our requirements
Drive product development from early concept to final delivery
Embed continuous development and delivery processes (think MVP first) into the project(s)
Maintain clear communication across project stakeholders and developers
Manage and prioritize product backlogs as well as project/stakeholder needs (think scope, budget and time)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings and user/customer needs into clear and well-defined proposals, features and subsequent actions
Strong project management skills to drive the MDM replacement project across DCS incl. full Stakeholder engagement & communication.
Skills for identifying and driving PLM projects within the PLM Excellence department.
Minimum 5+ years of business/operations experience including Lean, Six Sigma, and business process improvement with emphasis on process robustness
A proven track record of successfully leading, facilitating and managing large, cross-functional, business process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of performance measurement tools and metrics
Coordination experience with IT tools developments and maintenance
Optional
User Experience methods for design and development (e.g. user research, user journey mapping, wireframing and user testing)
General digital and tech. development e.g. web, apps etc.
Proven out-side in approach with focus on Voice of the Customer

You will join a team that plays a central role in the Danfoss Digital Transformation journey. Digital Transformation is our key focus in the coming years where we will invest in designing a premium customer experience. You will be the key person to ensure that we provide the best in class PLM experience.
You will work from Grodzisk Mazowiecki and will report to Senior Director Engineering.
