One such location is Poznań, established in 2011, with over 700 employees, providing services in the fields of Assistant Support, Finance, Human Resources and Business Presentations to McKinsey colleagues in the EMEA region.

    Executive Assistant - Spanish speaker 
    Miejsce pracy: Poznań

     Key responsibilities: 

    • Organize and maintain calendars for assigned teams and engagement managers
    • Provide a range of administrative support (e.g., travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission) to effectively provide leverage to consultants
    • Effectively liaise with clients, teams and other contacts
    • Manage all communications in a professional and efficient manner
    • Support the planning and execution of ad-hoc project, conferences and other off-site meetings

    Role requirements:

    • Preferably administrative or customer service experience in a corporate or professional services environment
    • Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Solid communication skills
    • Ability to manage various tasks against agreed timelines
    • Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others
