Executive Assistant

Duties:

  • performing Executive Assistant tasks for the CEO
  • actively managing the CEO’s schedule
  • organizing business travels and meetings
  • maintaining confidential files and records, handling telephone calls and preparing expense reports
  • cooperating with suppliers of services, travel agencies, legal firms
  • responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise

Qualifications and skills:

  • a minimum of four years administrative experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Board / Office Manager
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • experience in project management
  • excellent organizational and planning skills
  • attention to details and troubleshooting skills
