What will you do?

You should be an administrative generalist, someone who is not afraid of any task. 

We are looking for a proactive person, a pair of hard-working hands and an open mind - someone dedicated and capable of picking up new things quickly. There is a lot we want to teach you!

Your main responsibilities will cover:

  • assisting our CEO in day-to-day duties
  • preparing materials for meetings (excel calculations, powerpoint presentations, etc.)
  • taking part in selected meetings with the CEO and preparing meeting minutes
  • managing CEO’s calendar
  • business trip organisation and cost settlement
  • preparing basic reports and other ad hoc reports (based on BI and financial data)
  • market and competition research
  • taking part in organization of company events
  • being first line of contact for our guests, guest service during meetings
  • simple administrative tasks that help our office run smoothly, drafting of basic letters and documents, courier and postal services, office supplies

How does an ideal candidate look like?

Must have:

  • minimum 2+ year of experience (finance or administration related positions) 
  • technology savvy person - Kontomatik is a technology company, you better know what API stands for before applying! You wouldn’t need to code, don’t worry
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • excellent organisational skills, able to plan and set priorities
  • fluent English and Polish
  • detail oriented and inquisitive
  • easy-going and open minded person with a can-do and think-outside-the-box attitude
  • extremely creative person with his/her head always full of ideas

Nice to have:

  • previous experience in regulated institutions, banking and/or financial services
  • experience in cooperation with HR and Finance departments
  • previous administrative experience in IT company
  • other languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German)
