For our Client, New Technology Company based in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for Management Board Assistant with German to be based in Poland with some travelling to Switzerland.

- support Management Board members in daily duties,
- keeping a calendar of Management Board meetings, diary management, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meetings,
- organization of business trips (ordering flight/train tickets, making hotel reservations); personal expenses support,
- ensuring the correct flow of information between Board Members and other departments within the company structure,
- preparation, sorting, completing and archiving of documentation; overseeing circulation of documents,
- assistance with corporate matters in relation to the Company and Management Board,
- other duties as may be agreed with the Board, that are aligned and consistent with the employee’s position.
- minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position,
- very good command of English and German,
- very good work organization and ability to set priorities,
- independence, diligence and discretion,
- highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
- independence, conscientiousness and responsibility in carrying out entrusted tasks,
- practical knowledge of MS Office Google tools,
- readiness to work remotely (home office based) with some travelling to Switzerland (once a month on average).
