Your responsibilities

  • Managing calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings for one of the company Senior Director.

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, booking meetings rooms, etc.).

  • Submitting expense reports in a timely manner. Approve team expenses in a timely manner.

  • Supporting the team in everyday duties – documentation, access, team coordination.

  • Managing all administrative tasks such as: organizing periodical team meetings, preparing decks and documents, updating organizational charts.

  • Preparing decks for internal and external meetings when applicable.

  • Keeping track of open items for the manager and the team.

  • Documenting meetings and calls, order preparation, preparation of slides and basic reports and schedule management.

  • Initiate, participate in and support projects as required.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree, preferably in administration or related field.

  • Work experience (1-3 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Good experience in using MS Office, strong PowerPoint skills are essential.

  • Strong in coordination activities.
