  • Responsibility for producing various quantitative analysis, reports and maintaining various databases
  • Dealing with the process management, data control and ad hoc analysis
  • Experience in drafting and revising compensation disclosures such as the compensation policy and compensation report

You Offer

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in areas such as finance, legal, accounting, strategic or business consulting. Compensation experience within financial services would be a plus
  • Master or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in business English (both spoken and written), German an advantage
  • Proficiency in using MS Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel and able to work with large data spreadsheets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to tackle problems and taking initiation to deliver solutions that fit the purpose and are feasible
  • Hardworking, ambitious individual with attention to details, show strong work ethic and an organized approach to handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines
