    An Executive Lounge Assistant comforts executive floor Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and advising them of the amenities and benefits offered by the hotel. While working in the Executive Lounge, you will provide services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience throughout the stay.

     

    What will I be doing?

    An Executive Lounge Assistant, you will comfort executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advice and information as requested. An Executive Lounge Assistant contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards: 

    • Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints
    • Ensure that excellent service up to the highest standards is provided to the Executive Guests during the Breakfast and Evening Reception
    • Ensure that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished to the required standards
    • Stay current with all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
    • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service
    • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
    • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
    • Follow company brand standards
    • Assist other departments, as necessary

    Executive Lounge Assistant serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

    • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
    • Positive attitude and good communication skills
    • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
    • Excellent grooming standards
    • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
    • Competent level of IT proficiency
    • Fluent Polish and English 

    It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

    • Previous experience in cash handling
