Lead a 360 team in charge of launching new cities and driving them to success in record time, having a direct impact on Glovo’s expansion agenda in Poland.
Work together with the Head of Expansion and the functional heads to define winning sales, growth and operations strategies for your cities, and own its implementation end to end.
Run all the on-ground activities to build the foundation for Glovo to succeed, managing multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker.
Identify and sign local partnerships, plan and execute the onboarding of local couriers, recruit and train your local SWAT team to pave the road to success.
Build, scale, communicate and maintain detailed reporting models to assist expansion efforts, both on a strategic and operational level.
Be the representative for Glovo in your area for press, launch events, conferences, and media interactions.
Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team.
Travel up to 90% of the time, moving between cities in Poland.
You have 3-4 years of experience in consulting / business development / start-up or similar. Previous experience managing small teams is a plus.
You are very hard working and can prove a strong track record of excellent performance.
Get stuff done attitude: Launchers need to get a lot done in a short period. You have a scrappy attitude, are comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines, thrive in an unknown environment and you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
Ability to work with remote teams through clear and concise communication
Be an owner mindset: You are committed to growing Glovo in your cities, and digging deep to solve bottlenecks. You’re solution-oriented and don’t take no for an answer.
Immerse and network: Launchers travel often to have a full local knowledge of their cities. You should be able to immerse yourself in any environment, network extensively and map the city out in a few days
Ability to balance swift pace of execution with attention to detail
Orientation toward results, you are autonomous and efficient
