Your responsibilities
Establishment and administration of the first forwarding unit in Poland, including a resilient network of partners (eg repair, administration, etc.)
Further development of the existing customer base and attraction of new customers.
Monitoring the company's truck fleet in Western Europe.
Constant communication with customers and logistics partners, communication with drivers if necessary, mediation in case of deviations from the plan (failures, accidents, strikes, traffic jams, etc.).
Solving various problems that arise.
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of international logistics.
Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Entrepreneurship and thinking for the first place in Poland.
High level of flexibility, dedication and resistance to stress.
Determination and strong communication skills.
