For our Client - an international company of the IT industry, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist for the German market.
Experienced B2B Customer Service Representative with GermanNumer ref.: 191582/6427
- answering all nature of calls, ‘pre’ and ‘after’ sales calls of business Clients in the DACH area,
- giving general information on products,
- processing orders,
- Up-Selling orders,
- customer complaints,
- any other duties/projects as directed by Management,
- taking part in the transition process.
- native or fluent German and very good English level,
- at least 3 years of experience in the area of the Customer Service,
- SAP knowledge & experience,
- very good business interpersonal skills, ability to work with the global brands,
- experience in the area of sales will be an asset.
- possibility of taking part in the transition of the new project from Germany,
