    A challenging role for an experienced talented individual in the General Counsel function, Corporate Legal Advisory Team in Wroclaw. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and become a member of our international team focused on Corporate Governance activities. You will be responsible for growing variety of tasks:

    • Working closely with Regional Corporate Secretaries and focusing primarily on cross-entity and cross-regional initiatives across all CS entities within the Group.
    • Resolving complex matters within the area of corporate secretarial, primarily arising from cross-entity signing authority.
    • Researching, information gathering, preparation and submission of regulatory reports and other documents to regulators and exchanges globally.
    • Audit work on quality of data distributed to regulators, other external and internal stakeholders globally.
    • Drafting Boards' meeting minutes and resolutions, consents, Powers of Attorney, Secretary's Certificates, letters and reviewing various documents from corporate secretarial perspective.
    • Implementing risk mitigating measures, and supporting the local manager in review and audit of internally agreed processes and procedures to ensure efficient and appropriate facilitation of requests.
    • Administration and development of the corporate database and information it contains.
    • Administrative support of internal committees focused on ensuring compliance with market regulations.
    • Working on significant special projects within the area of corporate secretarial that arise from time to time.

    • A university degree, ideally in law
    • At least 3 – 6 years of experience in the area of corporate secretarial/corporate governance
    • Work experience as a practicing lawyer will be a plus
    • Excellent English language skills due to exposure of the role. Any additional language skills are an asset
    • Ability to produce high-quality documents and to analyze complex issues within a short time-frame
    • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and technologically savvy
    • Ability to work independently in dynamic environment with strong focus on 'need to know' principle & risk mitigating measures applied
    • Excellent time management & prioritizing skills, including ability to handle multiple assignments at a time
    • Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
