  • Reporting to the Payroll Team based in Zurich, the full-time role requires an experienced subject matter authority who is can work with minimal direction and is able to manage their workload to strict deadlines.
  • The responsibility for accounting topics such as monitoring of specific accounts, reconciliation and reporting for affiliated companies in line with bank’s policies and SOX control requirements.
  • The co-accountability for the child and family allowances process including decision taking in accordance with legal regulations.
  • The opportunity to support an efficient, accurate and on time source tax processing for Business Travelers and Assignees.

You offer:

  • Around 5 years of proven experience in an Accounting/Finance role. Experience in Swiss Payroll would be a strong asset.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Excel). Experience with database tools (Oracle SQL) and strong interest in Payroll.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command of German and English. French or Italian are beneficial.
  • Passion for analytical problem solving as well as holistic thinking combined with the flexibility in working with all organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented along with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • An independent and structured way of working with minimum supervision. Meticulous with a high degree of confidentiality and accountability.
  • Able to adapt to changing business priorities and timelines.
  • Great teammate attitude with a hands-on to work and be directly involved in daily completion.
