Your responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for The Manager Export Operations to join our team in Warsaw. The role will include responsibility for managing all ITIL cross category Finished Goods Distribution activities and leading a regional team in order to provide all cross border Customers (Third Party and Affiliates) with the right finished goods and the right service on time at the best cost for a respective region as the main contact to the respective Regional (Cluster) Sales & Marketing Management as well as Local (Cluster) Supply Chain Management and for other Imperial Brands Central Functions. In addition, the role will involve input into alignment with Cluster Supply Chain Organizations, other Central functions and factories, to orchestrate central and Cluster SC activities and ways of work. This includes the coordination of Cluster Order Management as well as Cluster Replenishment Planning roles located in several clusters/countries. The Manager Export Operations will be also responsible or optimizing and managing the Distribute to Customer (D2C) Process.

Key accountabilities

• Building and strengthen partnership to our Customers, Regional (Cluster) Sales & Marketing Management as well as Local (Cluster) Supply Chain Management and for other IB Central Functions.

• Accountable for all sales order management, delivery preparation and transportation management processes including forecast analysis, order feasibility analysis, feedback to the customer, all necessary documentation, release to the locations and follow up of the fulfilment

• Accountable for the review and alignment of PIDs within the phase-in / phase out planning process

• Accountable for the creation of orders for cross-shipments between LDCs

• Accountable for the ATP and order feasibility check to confirm order to customer

• Secures process governance within defined area of responsibility

• Stock monitoring and managing proactively risk of obsolescence

• Facilitate communication with key central group functions like GPSC, Quality, Legal, Tax, Operations Planning, Manufacturing, etc.

• Driving the development and supports achieving SCIO strategies and objectives

• Driving alignment of business initiatives across SCIO and key stakeholders

• Managing and assume responsibility for all operational businesses and problem solving

Our requirements

  • University degree in either science, engineering or business administration

  • Demonstrate leadership by proactively discovering, understanding and meeting customer needs

  • The ability to create short- and long-term measurable plans to allow product supply, ability to assess and synthesise plans and orders to meet customer demand

  • Good SAP APO & SAP ECC (ITP) skills

  • Very good project management skills

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellence communication skills

  • Fluent in English
