    Export Order to Cash Specialist (World Travel Retail)

    The position of Export Order To Cash Specialist (World Travel Retail) for an defined set of Global Travel Retail Customer is the overall logistics link between our company, the trade partners, logistic centers as well as shipping agents on the one side and internally to the relevant Business Development Manager, Sales Operation Team as well as Demand Planning &Fulfillment and Product Change Management Team. He/she is the dedicated 1:1 business partner regarding Order Mgmt. for Trade Accounts.  

    The owner of this position is responsible for punctually delivery of Mondelez' products to customer under strict adherence of foreign trade and tax regulations. Including Order Management, International Delivery organization, Export Documentation and Billing.   

    On time, complete and accurate (documentation) delivery is a business critical success factor in the Travel Retail Industry (Advantage Survey).  The position is also the first point of contact for any Supply Chain related issues, questions for his/her defined set of customer.  

    The owner of this position is responsible for optimizing orders (truck/container utilization) in alignment with the customer, to reduce shipping costs. Generally this role has a high impact on how our trade partners are perceiving Mondelez World Travel Retail as a professional business partner.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Dedicated contact (business partner) for a defined set of customer for order management.
    • Full management as well as timely and accurate processing of orders to customers.
    • Order taking / Order manipulation / Delivery Creation / Billing (incl. Credit- and Debit notes)
    • Regular direct contact with customer (supply chain or buying department) in regard to logistics topics.
    • Optimize order drop sizes in alignment with customer to reduce outbound transportation costs.
    • Ensure that Order Acknowledgment and Export Documents are complete, accurate and in line with Export / Import legislation of the relevant Country.
    • Organize Transport via defined 3rd party logistic operators and ensure on time delivery.
    • Claim management. Receive claims and investigate route causes. 
    • Provide operational account specific data/information to other functions / Management for further analyzes (e.g. order behavior, customer specific request, order frequency, drop sizes) 
    • Identify and highlight improvement areas in her/his area of responsibility.
    • Work collaboratively with other team members on the “aging inventory report” and influence Trade partner to except products below the agreed remaining shelf life.
    • Graduation: min. Bachelor degree
    • Good knowledge of the total supply chain process
    • 3-5 years working experience with focus on international (global) logistics, customer service and sales
    • Working with SAP R3 – Sales & Distribution
    • Fluent English
    • Customer Service Background
    • Experience in the Travel Retail landscape
    • Working in teams
    • German or other foreign language
