Your responsibilities
Handling international transactions concerning metallurgical products (preparing offers, processing enquiries and orders, invoicing, organizing shipment, handling customs, monitoring payments)
Telephone and email contact with domestic and foreign customers, suppliers and forwarders
Supporting customers with technical inquiries and complaints
Searching for new customers and suppliers in available sources
Maintaining positive relations with business partners
Our requirements
At least 2 years of previous experience in similar area
Fluency in Polish and very good standard of English (at least B2 level)
Good computer skills
Openness to learning and new experiences
Accuracy and very good work organization
Commitment to the assigned tasks
Customer orientation
Ease of establishing contacts and maintaining relations
Optional
Knowledge of an ERP or invoicing system (Comarch ERP Optima or other)
Experience in technical sector (metallurgy or other)
Full time availability from September (October at latest)
