Your responsibilities
Creation of Product and Display VM Guidelines for store implementation, in accordance with the Sinsay standards
Close collaboration with Product, Arrangement, Sales and Marketing departments to ensure effective product campaign co-ordination
Working with linear Capacity and Counters for Sinsay
Trialling and testing new furniture and graphic materials instore for suitability and effectiveness
Conduct store visits to see how stores are performing
Attending Sales and Product meetings
Collaborate with Regional Commercial Trainers on VM Guidelines and standards instore
Maintaining and managing the HQ VM Folders
Ability to analyse reports
Working with Corel and other software packages
Our requirements
Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser
Demonstrable visual design skills
Proficiency in working with visual design tools (not essential)
Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
Proficiency in working with MS Office packages
Creative and innovative thinker
Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports
Good knowledge of English Language, spoken and written
Work well under pressure
Good planning and organizational skills
Have excellent attention to detail and time management
