    Capita is currently recruiting for motivated individuals into the Capita Resourcing project in Kraków for the position of:

    Extensions Coordinator
    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    As an Extensions Coordinator you will provide support to existing contractors across all resourcing businesses. You will be required to control and manage contracts, building robust working relationships with contractors and dealing with their queries on a daily basis. You will deal with contractors’ documentation, and act as a first point of contact.



    As an Extensions Coordinator you will be responsible for:

    • Responding to queries (via phone and email) from existing contractors, Client representatives, and third party suppliers, ensuring solutions and answers are given in professional way
    • Managing essential documentation due to internal corporate policies
    • Generating special reports and analyses on request
    • Negotiating contract extension conditions in line with the British work regulations and the Client’s requirements
    • Supporting projects and campaigns on both regular and ad hoc basis

    You are a perfect candidate if you:

    • Hold a university degree
    • Are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication (C1 level)
    • Are committed to customer service excellence
    • Have a keen eye for details and Can Do attitude
    • Are self-motivated and able to work autonomously
    • Are highly responsive with ability to absorb information quickly
    • Are familiar with recruitment industry or experienced in customer service (desirable)
    • Have high ethical standards
