You will be responsible :

    • To develop, lead and execute the external communication strategy;
    • To develop, lead and execute external Employer Branding including Company website and social media inc. Linkedin;
    • Company spokes person / press relations for employer related communications.

Client Details

For our Client, an international industrial company, we are searching for an External Communications Manager with the right mix of creativity, integrated marketing and project management skills to partner with our HR teams and devise strategic external experiences, messaging and supporting communications plans .

Description

  • Development of the external communication strategy and responsible for leading and implementing and execution. Providing ideas, innovative communications solutions and other activities
  • Responsible for the Annual External Communication Agenda and ensuring timely execution, including content and material creation.
  • Spokes person and first point of contact for press and media relations
  • Content owner Company Website and Social Media channels by posting news and regular updates
  • Ensure quality and timing of external corporate publications
  • Support local/site managers and HR on external communications and interviews. Be the gatekeeper for external employer communication.
  • Development of the external Employer Branding strategy and responsible for leading, implementation and execution ensuring involvement of HR colleagues

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communication or marketing;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in external communication and/or marketing, preferable in an industrial company;
  • Excellent in communication, culture understanding and copy writing;
  • Excellent in English
  • Digital marketing/communication experience
  • Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience. Your communications connect people to the brand.
  • Ability to build global cross-functional relationships with others in HR, recruiting, marketing and corporate communications across the organization
  • Self-starter and proactive leader with a positive attitude. You get it done.
  • Experienced with content management sytems (f.e. WordPress)
  • Excellent leadership skills and Business Acumen
  • Proficient in editing tools (video, image, audio)
  • Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
