    F&A Country Ambassador with German

    As a member of the Finance & Accounting department you will work in a highly international and challenging environment providing information support to the suppliers, clients and employees worldwide. Reporting to a team leader, you will be in charge of:

     

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Senior Analyst with language skills, responsible for managing the relationship with the regional business units
    • Performs a weekly issue log with nominated client´s counterparts.
    • Manages escalations received from their local business unit and manage until resolution.
    • Shares best practices amongst the Country Ambassador team in order to help process improvement/standardization across client units.
    • Makes analysis of non-quality escalations received by the business unit and documents the root cause to avoid repetition of the issue.
    • Coaches junior agents to ensure the learning curve is reduced and the team has solid standard process knowledge
    • Prepare stats and issue log to follow up with the client and determine areas of improvement, action items and timelines.
    • Be the main point of escalation for Client Business Users
    • Performance Reviews, receive and provide feedback from/to the team, review weekly objectives achievements, Holiday’s coordination, etc…
    • Ensure all processes documentation is up to date in case of any change.
    • Define processes with the client

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Accounting experience
    • Experience in Customer Service
    • Interface handling
    • Direct debit
    • Cash applications
    • Collections
    • Doubtful and legal
    • Invoice management PO y non PO (Purchase Order)
    • Oracle or SAP knowledge
    • Fluent in English and German
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
    • Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail
    • Advanced problem solving and resolution skills to include when to escalate and identify trends
