    For our Facility Management division with the main office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of:

    Facility Management Platform IT Implementator
    (Corporate name of position: Business Application Analyst)
    Location: Kraków

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Subject matter expert for the CMMS business processes and system(s) and associated tools
    • Assist the transition teams in data gathering and cleansing of data to support robust data management and any internal and client reporting requirements
    • Run the CMMS migration and new deployment. This will include data load, CMMS configuration, liaison with Technical support, testing and training of users
    • Work with our Level 2 technical support teams in respect of data loading and configuration of data within the CMMS and associated tools
    • Run, participate and support the training for new & existing users for deployments and new processes where required
    • Engage with the business stakeholders and end users on continuous improvement of the CMMS systems and business processes
    • Engage with the Shared service centers for analysis and confirmation of account business operating models and system/process issue resolution
    • Gather the CMMS business and system process requirements to ensure the correct account business operating model is supported
    • Working closely with the Global/Regional CMMS lead, Support the business in preparing the business case analysis for the new requirements and changes to the existing processes and systems
    • Identify and Develop future improvement opportunities for technology and the business within the GWS technology toolkit while working with IT team to ensure these are included in the future ‘roadmap’ for release upgrades
    • Lead and/or contribute in the new releases, enhancements and account deployments with testing, completing documentations, etc.
    • Drive and measure the benefits realized for each account deployment


    • Fluent Polish and English in speaking and writing
    • Knowledge of any other North Eastern Europe language is an advantage
    • Strong business and system analysis skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Facility Management Platform is a must
    • Good knowledge of CMMS/CAFM business process and systems
    • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
    • Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
    • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
    • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
    • Willing to travel
