Your responsibilities
- Program/Projects Management for deployments of new solutions.
- Lead Smart Solution community.
- Manage the launch of product pilots to articulate value and demonstrate capabilities.
- Capture accurate details of implementation efforts and costs to ensure accurate Full Cost Model (FCM’s) can be developed.
- Creation Smart Industry 4.0 solutions and ensure connection with other roles and departments.
- Benchmarking within the industry, inside and outside ABB to continuously challenge the status quo and further develop the organizational self-perception.
- Creating and expanding Energy Efficiency oriented solutions.
- Regularly consult with colleagues from other countries to keep up to date with the latest technological developments.
Our requirements
- Exceptional Leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Good knowledge of new technologies, willingness to develop further and constant search for new opportunities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Project Management experience will be an asset.
- Lean Six Sigma certification will be an asset.
