Your responsibilities

Currently we are looking for a Fashion Buyer to join our team in Warsaw office. 

This role is essential to the success of our business, ensuring appropriate products are sourced at the right price.

You will plan and select a range of fashion products to sell across multiple local and foreign regions, considering several factors when making purchasing decisions including customer demand, price, quality, and availability. Market trends, policy and financial budgets are other considerations and restraints. You will also source new merchandise and review existing items to ensure products remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting the purchasing process for the subordinate range, participating in making purchasing decisions and placing orders.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Conducting trade negotiations and correspondence with suppliers in Polish and English.

Preparation and control of orders and delivery schedule.

Tracking the market and its trends, data analysis in this area and updating the database as well as internal data analysis.

Documentation and cooperation with other departments involved in the purchasing process.

Support in forecasting and planning purchases.

Participation in collection presentations.

Our requirements

Experience in working in the fashion industry in the area of purchasing in at least one of the segments (Women's / Men's / Children's Fashion / Sports / Jewelry).

Experience related to the area of purchases – e.g., on the multi-brand market, distribution of third-party brands, retail, international trade.

Education in the areas (preferred): economics, international trade.

Knowledge of purchasing concepts and processes.

Knowledge and understanding of logistics processes.

Knowledge of the English language allowing for free business communication.

MsOffice tools fluency and good MsExcel skills.

Diligence and goal pursuit.

Ability to work under time pressure and readiness to learn.
