Your responsibilities
Collaborating with the Design Team to develop new products and build new collections
Preparing moodboards, visualizations and technical specification
Working with prints and patterns for the collections
Taking part in product development, managing all aspects of the product until the final stage of production
Working closely with Garment Technician, attending fitting meetings
Attending meetings with customers and suppliers, representing the company externally with credibility and professionalism
Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as market and competition
Searching for novelties, developing fresh ideas to move the brand forward to stay ahead of the competition
Supporting Commercial Team
Our requirements
Excellent computer skills (Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop)
2-year experience on similar position
Strong technical and conceptual skills, sense of style and color
Knowledge of garment technology and market
Good organisation and ability to meet multiple deadlines
Ability to combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial ideas and budget guidelines
Strong presentation skills – ability to get ideas across quickly and effectively
Good personal skills and being a team player
Fluency in English, Polish and Portuguese is a plus
