We are looking for a Fault Manager to lead fault management responsibilities in a SW R&D organization, interacting with other development units. The Fault Manager will be inside an organizational unit consisting of SW development and verification teams for embedded SW projects in radio frequency (RF) domain.
The Fault Manager will be cooperating with R&D teams (Developers and Test engineers), Fault Coordinators, other Fault Managers, Project Managers and Program Managers, in the scope of issues prioritization, symptoms collection and verification of corrections, as well as administration of related tools in accordance with defined Fault Management processes and guidelines.
