Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for month end close reporting for ASPAC region

  • Partner senior stakeholders to enable effective & timely process

  • Provide meaningful and high standard analysis to drive the right discussions

  • Participation in Budgeting processes

  • Building and development of reporting packs as a constant process

  • Driving transformation of reporting methodologies, including utilizing best in class data visualization opportunities

  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested by line manager and key stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Graduate in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics

  • Experience in similar position

  • Excellent communication skills (strong English)

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Strong excel skills as a must

  • Data visualization experience beneficial

  • Ability to simplify / improve processes (VBA knowledge beneficial)

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Currently we are looking for FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Global Shared Services (GSS) in Łódź, Poland.

The FP&A CoE is a department of highly qualified analysts, who can provide end to end finance support to their business partners with limited oversight. FP&A Analyst will join the FBS FP&A Team and his role will be focused mainly on supporting ASPAC region in month end close activities, planning and analyses. Additionally, he/she will support the FP&A team and various other stakeholders in day-to-day activities and processes. Our team cooperates very closely with business partners and their finance teams around the globe with the main goal to ensure that delivered information is meaningful and able to support business operations.

The person in-role will be required to demonstrate excellent Excel skills as well as initiative and a driven mentality to see the processes end-to-end. Given that this role will require access to highly confidential information company financial results, a significant amount of care, confidentiality and understanding must be demonstrated. The role also requires direct contact with a range of senior stakeholders, including ASPAC Financial Director and Sales Team.
