Your responsibilities
Perform specific routine activities and processes ensuring accuracy of tasks performed. Implement strategies to prevent and reduce fraud. Identify, investigate and prosecute all fraudulent activities
Identifying and escalating issues
Apply acquired knowledge to provide assistance to others
Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures in own team
Support change initiatives and escalate any concerns. Meeting and exceeding Business Partner requirements regarding the process
Performing projects or special assignments as required, and demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and associated work assignments
Close working relations maintained with colleagues and line managers through, meetings, written reports and alerts.
Working effectively in a team environment
Being a visible team player, who is available for team on a day to day basis, and responds knowledgably to referrals
The staff needs to share his opinions / experiences on cases with the team so as to impart a better insight for reasoned judgment
Monitoring the E-banking fraud prevention process in accordance with instructions and procedures signed off by Business Partner and included in FIM
Our requirements
Product knowledge covering e-banking operations
Experience in alerts management in an operational environment, preferably within banking area
Strong commercial orientation combined with a customer driven approach
IT literacy
Ability to speak/ read /write and understand Greek at fluent level
Analytical/risk oriented reasoning capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communications skills in both Greek and English languages
Graduate in any discipline would be desirable
Responsible self-starter that is detail oriented, with ability to make good, sound judgements in a fast-paced environment
A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
Ability to work under matrix management
Ability to communicate effectively with local and global team
Experience in Banking/financial institution is appreciated
