Your responsibilities
Within Flat Europe Finance Performance Steering, controller with an active involvement in Actuals, Forecast and Budget processes of Europe Transversal and Commercial Functions:
Be part of the monthly closing process for Europe Transversal and Commercial Functions for FTE controlling data and cost (cost center allocation / reinvoicing follow-up / data consolidation)
Deliver timely and accurate reports for fixed costs and FTEs / Provide in depth analysis for the actual versus budget/forecast targets to various stakeholders and monitor it as per commitments
Intense participation to the budget process (FTEs and Fixed Cost): forfeits follow-up / templates creation/ support domains in framing and filling data / data consolidation and target alignment / data reporting
Get involved in the continuous improvement and automatization of our process
Main stakeholders: Domain owners/controllers, Finance of the Europe segments, Accounting team, HR/Payroll/OneHRIS teams
Our requirements
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English
Finance controlling skills
Analysis and synthesis capabilities
Ability to challenge
Very rigorous and not afraid manipulating big set of data
Ability to work with deadlines pressure (especially during closing period)
Open minded and good team spirit
Optional
Good knowledge of SAP e.g Joey/Aristos/Analytics Cloud
