Your responsibilities
Owns daily finance and accounting tasks, including disbursement (R2P), invoicing (O2C), Expense reports and JEs verification process (R2R)
Owns selected Month-end procedures and cooperate with outsourced book-keepers and finance team in Poland
Supports execution of projects and analyses in the area of company’s administration, operations and tax-legal environment
Supports to define, build and leverages different business metrics to reduce operational bottlenecks by linking operations and finance
Our requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Finance&Accounitng&Admin area.
General knowledge of Finance and Accounting
Evidenced solid written and oral communication skills in English, ensuring clarity of messages, ideas and facts
Well organized, self -disciplined with focus on delivering high quality of work
Financial and commercial acumen, able to apply judgement in dynamic environment where some data are hard to procure
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office
Flexible and open to work in American business environment
Optional
Finance and Accountancy Qualification/Degree with evidence of up-to-date knowledge and relevant management accounting experience;
Experience of working in IT sector;
Experience of creating and sustaining key finance processes (R2R, O2C, R2P)
Experience in American legal/tax/accounting/procurement environment

About the role
The Finance & Admin Associate will be a core member of the finance business partnering team. This team is responsible for providing a professional finance, admin, procurement and commercial support service to the US business unit of the Company. You will working collaboratively with Finance Business Partner, Operation Officer and other teams to ensure best practice and deliver expertise in a cross-section of financial and administration activities.
As Finance & Admin Associate, You will be expected to co-lead on operational and financial matters; assist to run daily business operations. You will report directly to Finance Business Partner, who is based on Wroclaw and work closely with a team made up of accountants (external resource) and resource managers (based in US) - ensuring seamless daily business operations and supporting the business unit in daily operations. You will be expected to work with your peers and other finance colleagues to ensure consistency of practice and continuous improvement activity across the Company.
