Your responsibilities

  • Support management in providing and maintaining timely, accurate and consistent financial records in line with management reporting and business requirements

  • Assist in budget/forecasts preparation, facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes to deliver targets, costs and balance sheet items

  • Perform budget/forecasts consolidation of P&L including variance analysis and presentation preparation

  • Preparation, analysis and comments to Revenue, Gross Margin, Overheads and overall P&L for actuals and to maintain Management reporting

  • Liaise with regional finance team on specific finance matters to provide more insight to financial analysis requested by FP&A Manager, Senior Analyst or Analyst

  • Manage, control and verify sales accruals and royalty in line with the rules and regulations of company in order to proper estimation of revenue/expense recognition

  • Work closely with CEE region team to report Revenue and Management costs

  • Facilitate month-end processes working with Accounting teams to ensure proper Management reporting and analyse performance against key performance indicators (KPI’s) and identify areas of opportunity for future financial improvement

  • Analyse overdue receivables and reporting the status of collection activities, prepare Aging and Collection Reports

  • Cash Flow reporting and forecasting. Contacting Treasury team within the Group

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience of working in a multinational company, preferably having had both central (corporate) and divisional (operating) experience

  • Preferably BA degree in Finance, Business or equivalent

  • Experience with accounting and finance reporting systems, SAP knowledge would be an asset

  • Native level of Polish, additional fluency in English is a must (min. B2)

  • Very good knowledge of Excel (advanced) and Power Point

  • Highly organized and structured, working according to deadlines

  • Problem solving of complex and often unique situations and being capable of innovative ideas for streamlining processes and enhancing fiscal awareness,

  • Creative and proactive approach to numerical analysis

  • Understanding of accounting policies and procedures

  • Multitasking skills

  • A results-driven self-starter

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work as a team-player
