Your responsibilities
Reviewing current finance processes and mapping them to the new system
Working closely with the IT team and the SSC management on correct design of the finance and operations flows
Documenting processes and flow diagrams
Delivering end user training
Suggesting and applying set up changes to enable most efficient reporting
Liaising with the business and project teams to understand and refine requirements
Incorporating tools and applications enhancing D365
Provide support during various test cycles (for new system implementations in the EMEA region)
Our requirements
Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience working in a Business Analyst or Functional role
Good finance and accounting background
Excellent engagement and communication skills
Great problem-solving skills
Knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations
Fluent English, other languages (French) will be an asset
