    Finance Analyst (Global Process Owner)
    Location: Kraków

    What You'll Do

    Reporting to the GPO Operations Manager and mentored by a budget management team member, you will interface with colleagues in Finance,  to manage and analyze the cost for accounts payable and payroll for a number of LATAM countries for and a few in EMEAR .  You will be responsible for forecasting budget Quarterly cost for Payroll and Accounts Payable for a number of EMEAR countries, analyzing cost data entries monthly.  

    You will be responsible for engaging with the Vendors to ensure there are updated Statement of Work and Contract documents. Other duties will include:

    • Approval of Invoices
    • Ensuring Compliance
    • Responsibile of monthly review of Invoices and financial analysis for EMEAR Payroll and Accounts Payable Vendors
    • Responsible for Vendor Engagement and review of SOW and Contracts and understanding services
    • Engagement with team for driving Process Improvements

    Other Opportunities such as Project, Payroll, and Account Payable support are a possibility with this role. Duties such as these include, but are not limited to

    • Participate and perform monthly auditing, testing and monitoring of process controls
    • Identify and coordinate corrections and remediation with relevant stakeholders
    • Prepare and maintain payment schedule for Financial Analysis and planning
    • Single point of contact for the business partners (i.e. - HR and Finance) Maintain accurate and up to date payroll information pertaining to all employee
    • Project Support for Payroll and Accounts Payable

    Who You Are

    • Intermediate level Excel skills including the ability to manipulate data accurately and the ability to create meaningful reports (essential) 
    • Degree or similar in Finance
    •  Solid general computer skills (essential) 
    • Experience at working in operational finance or numerate activities (essential) 
    • Hands-on experience of data validation  
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (essential)
    • Positive/can do attitude 
    • Ability to work in a virtual environment 
    • Partnering skills - with HR and Finance 
    • Team player - excellent interpersonal skills 
    • Good judgment and confidentiality 
    • Be hands on and results oriented 
    • Meets challenging deadlines under pressure 
    • Flexibility 
    • Experience in a multinational remuneration environment (advantageous)
