The successful candidate will be responsible for professional support in budgeting, planning, analysing and reporting on the financial & business activities across Poland and smaller markets within Central Eastern Europe.
Support management in providing and maintaining timely, accurate and consistent financial records in line with management reporting and business requirements.
Assist in budget/forecasts presentation preparing, facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes to deliver targets, costs and balance sheet items.
Perform budget/forecasts consolidation of P&L including variance analysis and presentation preparation.
Preparation, analysis and comments to Revenue, Gross Margin, Overheads and overall P&L for actuals and to maintain Management reporting.
Liaise with regional finance team on specific finance matters to provide more insight to financial analysis requested by FP&A Manager, Senior Analyst or Analyst.
Manage, control and verify sales accruals and royalty in line with the rules and regulations of company in order to proper estimation of revenue/expense recognition.
Facilitate month-end processes working with Accounting teams to ensure proper Management reporting and analyse performance against key performance indicators (KPI’s) and identify areas of opportunity for future financial improvement.
Analyse overdue receivables and reporting the status of collection activities, prepare Aging and Collection Reports.
Cash Flow reporting and forecasting. Contacting Treasury team within the Group.
Minimum 1 year of experience of working in a multinational company, preferably having had both central (corporate) and divisional (operating) experience. Experience in the media sector would be an asset.
Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
Experience with accounting and finance reporting systems, SAP knowledge would be an asset.
Fluency in English is a must.
Very good knowledge of Excel (advanced) and Power Point.
Creative and proactive approach to numerical analysis.
Understanding of accounting policies and procedures.
Problem solving of complex and often unique situations and being capable of innovative ideas for streamlining processes and enhancing fiscal awareness.
Highly organized and structured.
A results-driven self-starter.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as a team-player.
