Your responsibilities
Business Partnering with the local operations teams and account manager on all CBRE & Client finance activities
Create and check P&L for the Account in alignment with commercial model and consolidate regional results into single report for region
Manage the invoicing process for the countries in scope
Prepare invoice backups as per the contract arrangements
Ensure all contractually agreed cost and fees (payroll, management fees, expenses and other) are properly reflected in the CBRE P&L
Control, verify and reconcile costs vs revenues - ensuring all costs are billed as per contractual arrangements
Provide commentary for variances to plan and forecasts and actions to improve or maintain variances
Coordinate monthly accruals preparation and comment on variances against client budget
Ensure variances are kept to a minimum and finances align with CBRE corporate financials
Ensuring vendor invoice processing is timely and PO management is maintained by operations
Ensure all contractually agreed cost and fees (payroll, management fees, expenses and other) are properly reflected in the Client P&L
Prepare and consolidate Client Variance Reporting and True up reconciliation as required
Act as EMEA finance point of contact
Our requirements
University degree in finance area (Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar preferred)
Very good English both oral and written is a must
Finance and accounting experience required
Very good Excel data manipulation skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain focused in changing environment, multitask, prioritize and work to key deadlines
Optional
Some knowledge of Oracle/SAP/iScala/MS Dynamics would be an advantage
CIMA/ACCA in progress would be an advantage but is not crucial
