Your responsibilities
Ensuring accurate Client & Internal reporting and analysis – budget changes, budget variance reporting, forecasting, accruals
Ensuring tight key monthly client deadlines are met – working alongside Senior Finance Analysts on financial performance reporting
Month end activities – transactions postings and reconciliations
Leading meetings with operations team (Client & internal) to discuss monthly financial performance
Training and supporting Operational teams in financial processes
Annual budget plan preparation and submission
Service Charge reporting
Ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures – make recommendations to ensure procedures are maintained, up to date
Any other ad-hoc client & internal reporting and analysis and requests
Defining and implementing new processes and/or improvements as required
Our requirements
Minimum 2/3 years previous working experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a finance/accounting discipline or equivalent
Advanced Excel skills
Experience of finance in a facilities management context is a distinct advantage
Candidate must demonstrate personal commitment with high velocity and speed of response and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
Positive, solution-oriented communications and a willingness to take responsibility
Analytical mindset
Strong written and verbal English language skill
