    Finance Analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting. She/he ensures compliance with local and US GAAP, SOX regulations and internal Guidelines. She/he is a business partner to the General Manager of MT-MEC and Business Area Managers.

    • Support and control functions for the General Manager
    • Sales, service and marketing controlling,
    • Coordinate and is responsible for budgeting processes and bi-weekly forecasts,
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually) in line with US GAAP,
    • Responsible for compliance with corporate guidelines, SOX regulations and key liaison with internal audit and local accounting,
    • Cooperate with Chief Accountant and corporate tax with a special focus on transfer pricing and cost allocation,
    • Initiate, drive and coordinate cross-country initiatives and projects with financial performance focus,
    • Supervise working capital with a strong focus on inventory and account receivables.


    • Approx. 5 years of experience on similar position within publicly held multinational company,
    • University degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or related,
    • Strong financial planning, reporting and analysis experience,
    • Very good English is a must, German would be a strong asset,
    • US GAAP and local GAAP expertise, SOX knowledge and experience,
    • Know-how and experience of Navision or other ERP-System,
    • Knowledge of Hyperion would be a strong asset,
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills,
    • SAP knowledge incl. BI reporting would be an asset,
    • Strong communication and presentation skills,
    • Strong project management skills,
    • Well organized, detail oriented.
