Your responsibilities

  • Close and Reporting

  • Support Net sales flash and reporting

  • Review of Writing EMEA Net sales

  • Perform monthly reporting and analysis of the EMEA Customer Program identifying key drivers of variances : Customer Program Walk for key drivers (allocation change, rate change, mix etc); Customer Program Tracker YoY (DEB, REL, TU etc)

  • Customer Program Process Cycle

  • Maintain current cycle and update our internal control backups accordingly

  • Coordinate communication and action plans with EFSSC CPT Team against process cycle and ad hoc requests

  • Maintain and communicate the operating cycle calendar relative to customer program

  • Ensure that all CSPs are uploaded in time and are sufficiently backed upt yearly review

  • Serve as the primary point of contact in customer program related requests coming from the business or auditors

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support constant process improvement

  • Forecast

  • Support sales forecast and reporting associated

  • Enhance process improvement

  • Consolidate and review of regional input

  • Billing

  • Support Initiative of reducing complexity of weekly billing process

  • Consolidate input

  • Support review

Our requirements

  • At least 3+ years relevant Accounting/Finance experience within multinational companies

  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking). Knowledge of one other Language between French, German or Italian will represent a valuable asset to cover the role successfully.

  • Team player with Organizational agility and Matrix management skills.

  • Proactively plan and prioritize work load.

  • Initiative and Problem solving dexterity.

  • Strong commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.

  • Able to work in an international environment.

Optional

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance (BA/MS/MBA) or Accounting/Finance Qualification (AAT/CIMA/or equivalent).

  • Investment Evaluation and Project Management.

  • SAP and Hyperion working knowledge.

Job Purpose:

  • Position: Finance Analyst , Writing EMEA

  • Reports to: EMEA Sr Commercial Finance Manager, Writing

  • Location: Poznan

  • The responsibility of this position is to support the Writing EMEA view and reporting and customer program process. In order to do that the person will be following closing, working on forecast consolidation and review process and customer program balance review.
