    Finance and Accounting Coordinator - Luxembourg

    For our Client an international Private Equity Fund, located in Luxembourg we are seeking to recruit an experienced and ambitious professional to strengthen their Accounting team for the position of Finance & Accounting Coordinator.


    Financial Accounting

    • Day to day accounting for various companies (of more complex holding structures)
    • Maintain interest calculation schedules
    • Maintain amortisation / depreciation schedules if applicable
    • Month-end reconciliations
    • Review of accruals and provisions
    • Intercompany reconciliations and advise administration department on intercompany settlements where applicable
    • Preparation of financial statements
    • Support and coach junior accountants
    • Review deliverables of junior accountants

    Administration & General

    • Assistance in providing financial data for preparation of local tax returns (corporate income tax, GST)
    • Assistance with preparation of quarterly cash flows
    • Assistance with preparation of quarterly management reports
    • Assistance with preparation of quarterly NAV and FMV reports
    • Assistance with information packages for lending banks
    • Preparation of financial information/analysis as required
    • Liquidity reporting and analysis

    Assistance year-end reporting process / audit process

    • Preparation of internal and external financial reporting
    • Preparation of annual accounts
    • Assist with consolidation process
    • Liaise with external auditors and coordination of audit process
    • Preparation of ad hoc reports / reconciliations


    • Degree in accounting (ACCA or similar)
    • 4-6 years' relevant professional experience
    • Fluency in English (verbally and in writing)
    • Solid knowledge of any EU GAAP, IFRS and consolidation
    • Proficient user of MS Office and accounting software (Yardi knowledge is considered as advantage)
    • Excellent organisation skills
    • Goal oriented, hands on mentality, entrepreneurial mind-set
    • Team player

    Due to further development of the company, we are looking for Finance&Accounting Coordinator. This is great opportunity for a person having an Audit or/and Accounting experience, willing for relocation to Luxembourg and occupy the position where proper candidate will use finance and accounting knowledge but also all soft and interpersonal skills to support other business partners.
