Finance and Accounting Process Junior Specialist with Danish

Your responsibilities

  • Researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions

  • Based on the findings, collecting the proofs of dispute validity and initiating resolving actions as appropriate

  • Coding and clearing deductions as well as researching low complexity disputes and deductions for validity

  • If deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts

  • Reconciling accounts and escalating problem accounts

Our requirements

  • Good English skills (level B1) and very good Danish skills (min. B2)

  • Good customer service skills and client-focus attitude

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Teamwork approach

  • Ability to work under time pressure and following the deadlines
