Your responsibilities
Identifying frequently recurring situations at customer level, escalating such situations and suggesting remedial actions
Maintaining knowledge of the business area of the client that is supported and ensuring control and compliance regulations are followed
Assisting customers experiencing payment difficulties
Being able to communicate with key stakeholders across different levels in a manner that leads to desired outcomes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers
Our requirements
Around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area
Good command of English (B2) and Finnish (C1)
Customer-oriented attitude
Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment
Experience at work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member and independently
Very good analytical skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
