Your responsibilities

  • Preparing computerized invoices for customers.

  • Support of control processes

  • Reviewing all records associated with bills to ensure accuracy.

  • Keeping detailed records of all billing transactions, expenses, income and fund transfers

  • Assisting and supporting all billers.

  • Ensuring confidentiality in billing procedures.

Our requirements

  • Very good knowledge of German or French (min.B2) & English languages (B2)

  • Very good Customer Service skills and Client focus attitude

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail

  • Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
