Your responsibilities

  • support of UK subsidiary in all finance and accounting processes,
  • significant support in the process of new ERP accounting software,
  • monitor, process and manage timely transactions keeping everything on track,
  • verification and posting of bank statements,
  • controlling and solving irregularities in the settlement process,
  • clearing and reconciling accounting account balances (A / P, A / R, inter-company transactions),
  • preparation of monthly reports for the Controlling Department,
  • involvement in the optimization of financial and accounting processes and the search for areas requiring improvement and streamlining,
  • execute special tasks in the financial accounting and assistance in clarification of accounting issue,
  • cooperation during internal and external audits,
  • cooperation with members in the Accounting team in the process of preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under Group Accounting Principles.

Our requirements

  • education background in Finance & Accounting,
  • min. 3 years of experience in the area of finance and billing, accountant,
  • practical knowledge of financial, accounting and reporting processes,
  • good knowledge of ERP class programs, experience in implementation of ERP system would be an advantage,
  • practical knowledge of International Accounting Standards (incl. US GAAP) will be an additional advantage,
  • experience in cooperation in constantly changing international environment,
  • fluency in spoken and written English is a must (constant cooperation with the UK) and the ability to communicate effectively in this language,
  • very good and practical knowledge of MS Excel,
  • forward thinking and planning ahead is a must,
  • analytical skills, very good organization of own work and highly developed interpersonal skills- independence, accuracy, commitment, proactivity.
