Your responsibilities
Preparation of monthly bookings and supporting finance team during month-end close with SAP
Analyse P&L and balance sheet accounts on a general and ad hoc basis
Participation in FY-end Close, such as support the preparation and process of inventory review for external engagements
Participation in ongoing transformation projects within accounting finance function
GR/IR reconciliation and follow up
Adherence to normal contact center metrics defined for the processes, such as First Contact Resolution, Average Handle time, Average Speed of Answer among others as relevant
Support and guidance on process to newer team members
Telephone or chat based support to resolve customer / vendor queries
Our requirements
University graduate
about 2 years of experience in Accounting (PTP or AR or GL)
Working experience with MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools
Fluency in English and German language (min. B2)
Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management
Business Awareness of the Financial processes, AR Collections including knowledge of upstream and downstream processes and how they impact internal and external customers
SAP knowledge would be an asset
Problem solving attitude, result-oriented attitude
Strong analytical skills
