For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of: Finance and Operations Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance team (200+ FTE)

  • Optimize financial reporting and controlling processes to accurately reflect business reality and enable management to make effective decisions

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process

  • Monitor and analyze the KP-Is of all disciplines from a financial point of view in order to optimize performance

  • Close co-operation and collaboration with the local management team

  • Analyzing competitors and market trends

  • Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

  • Support the corporate / local projects cross-functionally

Employer requirements

  • University degree required with a focus in Accounting/controlling preferred

  • A proven leader that has 5 or more years of experience in similar role in other organization

  • Extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, reporting and analysis, acquired through related work experience in increasingly complex roles

  • Ability to drive change – both within the team in the Center and in outside in larger organization

  • Deep sense of ownership for given scope of responsibility – manifesting attitude of responsibility for actions within the scope of influence (formal and informal)

  • Problem solving skills – effective identification of root cause, proper escalation and timely closure

  • Deep understanding of migration process – identifying issues early on and establish proper risk mitigation plan

  • People leadership – role model for large team and multiple levels of management

  • Ability to operate on different organizational levels – both high level finance transformation and practical details of operational performance

  • Ability to drive process improvement bringing significant impact on cost levels

  • Familiarity with benefits of technological change – practical experience related to new system implementation

  • Stakeholder management in service delivery context – ability to build partnership influence group of key executives in the company
