Your responsibilities

  • Supporting business as usual - being a part of a Product team for Invoice Management solutions as an IT liaison (Basware, Esker, SAP IM)

  • Working out business requirements and acceptance criteria, assessing the complexity of these and translating into implementable solutions

  • Coordinating work of third party engineers and GIS/D&T global solutions teams to secure successful IT solutions delivery

  • Reviewing functional and technical designs

  • Managing changes and escalations

  • Driving or being part of (technical) improvements to increase automation rates in the Invoice Management tools and identifying potential bottlenecks, their causes and proposing how to resolve these

  • Involvement in the delivery of Invoice Management deployment projects (e.g. Basware Network extension, Esker deployments, upgrades)

  • Ensuring consistency of the overall solution

  • Working with the Process Specialist to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements

Our requirements

  • Practical experience minimum of 5+ years in deploying and supporting of Invoice management solutions

  • Experience in Basware cloud and/or Esker cloud SAP Invoice Management by OpenText (nice to have)

  • SAP FI & MM expertise (nice to have)

  • PtP process knowledge (nice to have)

  • Experience in support of ERP or other cloud solutions (nice to have)

  • Knowledge & experience in Agile/Scrum (nice to have)

  • Experience in coordinating between different technical parties with different backgrounds

  • Project management experience (nice to have)

  • High level of communication skills and experience in stakeholder management

  • Willingness to learn new things

  • Fluent English

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing) - ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people;

  • Experience in coordinating work between teams with various backgrounds will be seen as a plus
