Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Prepare cash voucher payments following the organization's standards, ensuring that the processes are duly approved by authorized personnel.

  • Take care of cash as petty cash and controlled custodian. Monitor cash flow and reconcile petty cash and transmit reports to Finance Manager.

  • Prepare and monitor prepaid, accruals and operational / employee advances. Tracking Project HOPE staff vacation & leave balances.

  • Keep the accounting system updated (QuickBooks), ensure the recording of financial operations in a correct and timely manner.

  • Prepare month end close reports and gather financial and accounting documentation for processing at regional and central operational level.

  • Proactively ensure compliance with guidelines and policies of the PH and relevant donors.

  • Communicate on a daily basis with external accounting office for implementation of required processes, reporting and following country-specific compliance.

  • Organize and archive financial operation documents in digital cloud under organization's standards.

  • Review procurement related expenses documentation for payment under the supervision of Finance Manager. Communicate any deviation or missing documentation.

  • Assist in any other activity related to the administrative, financial and accounting area.

Nasze wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree Accountancy, Finance or related areas

  • At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting or administrative preferable in humanitarian environment

  • Accounting / financial / HR management skills

  • Fluency in English is required

  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (advanced skills)

  • Experience in working with accounting/bookkeeping software

  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to humanitarian principles

  • Organized, attentive to details with pro-active approach

  • Adaptability, autonomy, rigor, resilience to stress

Mile widziane

  • Experience in humanitarian environment

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software will be an advantage

  • Driving license

Program Summary:

Project HOPE is mobilizing to provide health and humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons in Ukraine as well as refugees in neighboring countries fleeing the ongoing conflict. Project HOPE is in contact with the WHO led Health Cluster in Ukraine, which has noted critical needs in primary health care.
