Recruitment for

our client - international FMCG company, we are looking for Finance Assistant Analyst. In this role, you will support the Market Unit Supply Chain Finance Leaders to control and navigate supply chain costs.

Your responsibilities

By preparing insightful reports and presentations, as well carrying out performance analysis, you will support decision making and contribute to financial planning and forecasting. You will deal with three areas of responsibility:

Planning

- Supporting the business with ad hoc analyses and financial modelling

- Prepare Forecasts during all Financial cycles

- Participate in yearly AOP process by calculation of direct and fixed costs

- Coordinating the calculation and communication of transfer prices for the export and import products

Reporting

- Providing monthly reports and variance analysis

- Preparing and distributing management reports for actual and forecasted costs to relevant stakeholders

- Subject matter expert to provide insightful analytics and recommendations to Supply Chain teams to drive business decisions

Improvements

- Subject matter expert when implementing new generation systems and tools.

- Subject matter expert to provide insightful analytics and recommendations to Supply Chain teams to drive business decisions

- Identify areas for harmonization and improvement in Supply Chain Finance area and actively participate in those processes

Employer requirements

  • Experience in Finance Planning – 2 years +

  • Fluent in written and spoken English,

  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Advanced Excel user is a must.

  • Good commercial / strategic / analytical skills and understanding of business drivers

  • Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization and with a virtual team
