Your responsibilities
- Finance Business Partner for the Production area in Window Village 1 together with rest of team members (8 Factories located at our production site in Wędkowy)
- Responsible for the monthly financial result and communication within the manufacturing area
- Close collaboration with Finance Reporting & Compliance in relation to the financial result and processes providing input on accruals, and all major financial decisions for the area together with the local Team lead
- Controlling activities covering the full production cost base
- Preparing material for Business Performance Review meetings og Performance reporting. Working with the Manufacturing area to analyse financial and operational KPIs/value drivers, variances and recommend corrective actions
- Participation on Global Planning Processes (Forecast, Budgets, etc.)
- Participation in Local and Global projects within Finance and the Business Area
Our requirements
- A degree in Finance or similar
- Min. 3 years of professional experience on a similar position in a production company (in the role of Business Controlling and/or financial controlling)
- Experience from working in a Production company
- Strong relation and networking capabilities

You are expected to work well within the Microsoft Office package and it would be an advantage if you know SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions. Furthermore, you are fluent in English as company language is English.

We are looking for a strong Finance Business Partner for our Largest production site in Wędkowy. This position is supporting the Production area in Window Village 1 with the aim of improving overall business performance. The role is forward looking and creates value by driving decisions, which are made through insights and challenge.
As a Finance Business Partner you will works closely with operational leaders, factory managers and their teams in order to drive global and local priorities. The role plays a strong part in driving growth, efficiency, and productivity at the factories.
