Finance Consultant with English

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in similar job position
• Knowledge of R2R process
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills
• Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders and management

Duties:

• Prepare, issue and record VAT compliant intercompany invoices covering both routine and ad hoc intercompany transactions
• Prepare and issue intercompany statements to facilitate the monthly matching procedure with counter parties
• Attend Balance Sheet Reviews and report on ICO related movements
• Validate accrual and provision related posting requests received from business partners to ensure appropriate approval and supporting documentation and post accruals & provisions in SAP
• Reconcile intercompany account balances and proactively resolve intercompany imbalances to achieve client’s thresholds at month end, utilizing the consolidation reports issued by Group Reporting from the Hyperion consolidation and/or Blackline
• Prepare Hyperion correcting journal entries (in the consolidation system) and ensure replicated in SAP via invoices or journal creation
• Support invoice settlement processes, cash settlements,citi netting, etc.
• Facilitate walkthroughs & provide audit support for sample requests for SOX compliance by internal and external audit
• Work with Market controllers on ICO queries and support them with understanding the nature of costs attributed to their entities
