Your responsibilities

  • Oversee all Investment Management accounts and investments

  • Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecast

  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports

  • Supervise and manage external financial partners, including accountants and financial assistants;

  • Motivate and lead finance partners by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback

  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing with eternal partners

  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with HQ standards, government regulations and legislation

  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

  • Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports. Over the time oversee analyst to maintain the reports

  • Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

  • Coordinate third party debt efforts together with the AM, Debt teams

  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies

  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

  • Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members

  • Delivering effective service and advice to the Business, improving efficiency and quality of reporting and processes; addressing ad hoc analysis; ongoing cooperation with the Business

  • Coordinating of Financing and Fund Management between departments (Financing and Fund Management are performed by dedicated teams)

  • Pro-active approach in recommending changes in processes, seeking opportunities, commenting on trends and addressing risks, proposing and driving actions needed

  • Co-creation and supervision over the implementation of the financial strategy

  • Provide accounting expertise for non-standard transactions through effective team management

  • Ensure finance and accounting records are kept accurate and timely in line with company policies

  • Liaise closely with local finance team on controlling financial issues

Our requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, is required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial controlling within an international organization

  • Fluent English is a must (at least C1), knowledge of other languages (French or German) will be an asset

  • Extensive understanding of the principles of controlling and managing financial liquidity

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience in team management and strong teamwork skills

  • Coordination of tasks between teams

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-driven skills

  • Ability to work in dynamic environment, under time pressure - multi-tasking

  • Very good knowledge of tools and programs such as MS Excel
